GAHSTEF - Georgia Healthcare Science Technology Education Foundation has stipend information available for teachers who want to attend the 2020 National Health Science Conference which will be held in Charleston, SC on October 27-30, 2020. The stipend covers the $550 registration fee which is due by October 3. For additional details email Mrs. Carole Ray at caroleray08@gmail.com

Pass Assured wanted to do something for teachers and students during this tough time, so they are cutting their cost by 50% for right now.  If they purchase now the program will be in affect until July 31st (plenty of time to complete - then they would be eligible to take the certification test).  When school starts back it will go back to the regular price.  They can't cut the price of the test since that is handled by the PTCB.

The Pass Assured program is a perfect way for those who are teaching and learning online.  Also juniors may now take the course. There is no age requirement to sit for the PTCB national exam. There might be an age requirement to register as a technician in your state though.
